Business Development Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our client’s team based in Slough.

What will I be doing?

Joining their team, the Business Development Executive will be part of a small team within a much larger team and even bigger business. You’ll be working with the UK wide sales team you’ll build relationships with external clients and internal colleagues. You’ll be working across a broad range of financial services products from invoice finance, FX trading and leasing. You will be the subject matter expert…no one will know more about their  products than you! Your days will be proactive with outbound and inbound calls, speaking with small to medium businesses helping them understand how to grow their business through the products they offer and arranging for a Business Development Manager in the field to complete the deal.

What do I need?

To be successful, they would want you to be committed to learning the ropes but they will support you in this by creating a structured, exciting development plan with the opportunity to progress in your career in an award winning business to a more senior position after 3 years. You will be able to drive, gregarious in your outlook and be prepared to get stuck in!

Their ideal Business Development Executive would have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will be highly articulate, with excellent negotiation skills.
