Salary: £28,000 – £36,000

iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Marlow who are looking for an Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of the campaign delivery, from an initial consultation and briefing with the Partner to ensure the right activity is selected, planning the campaign and coordinating internal and external resources for production of assets and campaign activation through to post campaign reporting and reviews with the Partner.  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring campaign status reports are kept up to date with accurate information and shared with clients at agreed intervals
  • Ensuring financial tracking document is kept up to date with accurate information to allow for monthly billing to completed efficiently and correctly
  • Providing leads generated from campaign activity to Partners at agreed intervals and in compliance with data security policies
  • Providing Partners with all necessary proof of execution materials to support with submission of funding claims, adhering to agreed format requirements and submission deadlines
  • Monitoring campaign progress and course-correcting where necessary to delivery expected results
  • Discussion with Partners to provide lead nurturing advice during and post-campaign
  • Completion of post-campaign wrap-up call with Clients and Partners to advise on campaign-follow up activities and get feedback on the Concierge Service that’s been provided
  • Assist the Client Director in preparation of insight and analysis reporting for quarterly business reviews with the Client

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The ideal candidate will have an agency background (preferably within the technology sector) with a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and effectively prioritize workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Understanding and managing campaign finances
  • Flexibility – able to deal with changing requirements and priorities
  • Communication – listen, understand and question
  • Commitment to deliver to the highest possible standard
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and their partners
  • Marketing background, ideally technology/channel or affiliate marketing
  • Understand marketing services and production/development processes – design, digital, print
  • Demonstrable experience of managing digital projects
  • Ability to recommend relevant tactics to optimize each campaign
  • Able to identify opportunities for business development with the Client Account
  • Be a team player
  • Support the immediate and wider team
  • Take the initiative to make recommendations when identified
  • Share ideas
