Application Support Analyst
Salary is up to £30,000 DOE
Essential skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience of programming in any language
• A strong interest in IT and computer technology
• A good academic record preferably including a degree in a technical subject
• A desire to build a lasting relationship with the company and its customers
• Permanent right to work in the UK
Key responsibilities:
• Providing first and second-line support to customers
• Liaising with customers to understand requirements and how best to apply solutions
• Supporting project implementations from initial customer training through to support
• Training users
• Configuring solutions to best model customer environments
• Specifying, developing and testing interfaces to 3rd party systems
• Building new screens, dashboards and user interfaces
• Testing of new releases
• Testing and commissioning the finished system
FIRST LINE SUPPORT / SECOND LINE SUPPORT / IT / APPLICATION SUPPORT
