Why do we collect your personal information?
iRecruit Partners work with leading organisations to identify and hire talented individuals. When you submit your CV to iRecruit Partners we would like to keep you informed about new opportunities as they arise and hence wish to retain your personal data. We take your privacy very seriously and would never talk to a client about you without your full knowledge and permission.
Under what principle do we process your data?
We process your data under the principle of Legitimate Interest. This means that we have a genuine and legitimate interest for processing your data, directly related to our trading activity as a recruitment services provider, and we are not harming any of your rights or interests.
What information do we retain?
We only retain the information provided by you in your CV. Typically, this includes your contact details, employment record and education history.
Who do we share your information with?
We will only share your information with clients that have a specific opportunity that we have discussed with you and agreed we can share your information.
How long do we retain your data for?
iRecruit Partners retains CVs on file for three years. After this period, they are deleted.
Your data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with any third-party companies.
Removal of your data
If at any time you wish us to remove your details from our system, then please contact us and we will delete all your data within 24 hours unless there is a separate legal requirement for us to retain it.
