Sue Southall and Nicky Morris have been in the recruitment industry and have a combined experience of over 30 years, which spans all levels and areas of recruitment. Both have earned enormous respect from the organisations and the candidates that they have worked with.
Nicky Morris MREC - Director
Experience; Nicky has 20 years recruitment experience. She has worked for an independent recruitment company, before moving to a national company, where she worked as a consultant through to senior management. Before starting iRecruit, Nicky was a Director of a local independent recruitment business.
Style; She's client and candidate focused, proactive and passionate about all tasks. All this is combined with a sense of humour.
The Person; She lives in Berkshire and has two young boys which keep her extremely busy. She is often seen cheering them on, on the sidelines of the football pitch, come rain or shine!
Sue Southall - Director
Experience; With over ten years in the recruitment industry, Sue has a gained a wealth of experience from working in a large high street agency. Sue has previously held the position of Director with an independent agency before starting iRecruit.
Style; She is extremely business focused, committed to delivering results first time and has an infectious enthusiasm.
The Person; She lives in Berkshire, is married with two young children, loves sport, and is hoping to run her first half marathon in the near future.
Steph Thomson - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Experience: Steph has an enormous amount of passion for recruitment and with her natural talent for finding the right candidate for the job, she has been very successful within a large high street agency over the last two years gaining respect and credibility in the market place.
Style: Steph thrives on offering an outstanding service to all her clients which ensures they come back again and again, this linked with her drive and determination makes Steph an outstanding consultant.
The Person: She lives in Berkshire, along with being extremely dedicated to her work she also enjoys going to the gym, going to see musicals and generally socialising with her friends and loved ones. Steph still enjoys playing tennis in which she achieved county level tennis from a young age.
