Telecoms Account Manager

Salary – £40,000

iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for an Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be proactively managing and growing existing customer accounts passed over due to being orphaned or surplus, to generate new orders and income.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve personal and group targets set and agreed
  • Confidently build rapport and relations with existing customer base
  • Upsell reflective of customer requirements and quote to customers accordingly
  • Follow up on quotations with a view to converting to orders
  • Regularly carry out customer reviews/follow ups to ensure all telephony requirements are captured
  • Ensure the company database is updated as required
  • Seek supplier quotations to reflect customer requests/orders, ensuring they are cost and timeframe effective to the customer quotation
  • Liaise with project management and engineering teams to fulfil customer orders and projects within the timeframe expected
  • Weekly pipeline/prospect figure reporting
  • Attendance at weekly sales meeting
  • Management of opportunities in CRM

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven history of success in the telecoms industry
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • An effective communicator
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Computer literate
  • Use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Hold a full (clean)
