Fortinet Engineer
iRecruit Specialist have a requirement for a Fortinet Engineer to be on site in Hayes near to Heathrow. For 6 months you will be working on site in Hayes, after this you will be moved to the head office in Reading.
This role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, implementation, operation, and the maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Key technical skills :
- Fortinet NSE 4 Professional
- Cisco Knowledge CCNP preferred (minimum of Networking & Security)
- Excellent all-round troubleshooting skills
- Experience of working on site
- Experience of providing support via telephone and e-mail
- Excellent knowledge of network environments (routing/switching/VLANS/Security/Wireless/etc.)
- Knowledge of WAN technologies and troubleshooting WAN connectivity issues
- Knowledge of network monitoring software platforms such as SolarWinds Orion
