Entry Level Customer Service Executive

Salary: £18,000 – £21,000

Our client based on the outskirts of Wokingham is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. To be considered for this role, you will need to be a car driver due to the location.

They will consider someone who has limited office or retail experience who is looking to start their career within a corporate environment.

Key Duties:-

• Processing customer orders on a daily basis
• Liaise with Sales Account Directors/Managers
• Liaise with Purchasing Team on stock queries
• Produce back order and despatch reports
• Interaction with clients either by email or telephone
• Arrange returned goods collections

Experience & Training

• Experience of an ERP sales order processing system
• Great Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
• Great numeracy & literacy
