iRecruit specialist are recruiting for a Digital Project Manager to join a growing organization based in Windsor, you will be working closely with the Account lead to run a range of digital projects such as brand building, mobile sites, SEO/SEM and banner ads. There is also the opportunity to broaden your experience by mentoring junior members of the team, helping them to understand the company’s approach to project management.

You will need at least 3 years’ experience in a digital agency environment as a Project Manager , working as both a team manager and team player.

Experience

• Good project management experience, with an understanding of Agile, Waterfall and flexibility to adapt to different methodologies as required.

• Demonstrable use of initiative and flexibility to step outside of standard practices to improve business-as-usual activities.

• Commercial awareness to focus on and prioritize the right things to meet clients’ needs.

• Experience guiding and directing teams of varying levels, as well as ability to manage highly technical client stakeholders.

Skills

  • Scoping; developing robust costing models that are used to generate the Statement of Work, that reflect the work required, and contributing to the Functional Specification that will support this.
  • Project planning; using combinations of MS Project, Traffic Live and Excel to generate workable, accurate project plans for all projects based on the Scope of Work, Functional Specification and costing model agreed with the client.
  • Workflow management; in liaison with the creative and technical team, using our resource planning tool to effectively and intelligently schedule the work involved in projects at the right time, to the right people.
  • Briefing; you will liaise with Account Leads, and collate all briefing material required to thoroughly brief (with, or without a member of the client services team) the production department, potentially including daily stand-ups.
