iRecruit Specialist are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing organisation based in Ascot.
Experience required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing 2nd Line Support
- Full UK Driving Licence
Key responsibilities
- You will be first point of contact, requires a breadth of experience in a wide variety of IT technologies
- To manage technical issues, provide solutions by creating cases within the company help desk system and manage case escalation on more complex solutions
- Works closely with staff across all our sites, therefore the ability to travel is essential
