Customer Service Executive (Inbound and Outbound calls)
iRecruit Partners are recruiting for an award winning business based in Bracknell. The company are a leader in their field and have 2 position within their growing team for experienced Customer Service Executives to join their business.
You will be paid a base salary of £14,000 to £16,000 with an OTE of up to £25,000. This is a fantastic location with easy access to public transport.
As the Customer Service Executive for this leading business in Bracknell you will be dealing with inbound calls from customers and internal stakeholders. You will also make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up from enquiries made on the internet.
This is a fast paced and busy environment working for a growing company that requires self motivated and target driven individuals.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Experience making outbound calls
An excellent telephone manner- Clear and concise
Experience working to KPI's or targets
B2B or B2C Call Centre/Telemarketing/Telesales experience
The ability to work under pressure
A positive and flexible attitude
We are happy to consider candidate who are immediately available or if you are on notice up to 4 weeks. You must be able to commute to Bracknell on a daily basis and available to work from 9am to 8pm on a rota basis.
