Before you even see a single candidate for your job vacancy, iRecruit have already been hard at work. From this we compile a brief on each candidate and submit them to you along with their CV’s for your consideration. We will then arrange all interviews with you and handle the logistics. Once you have completed the interviews we will be in touch with you and the candidates for immediate feedback so that we can let everyone know where they stand at all times. We know you will not have the time to get in touch with unsuccessful applicants, so we can take this on for you. Once the candidate is placed we will be in touch at regular intervals throughout their time with you to ensure they are settled and working out, with feedback given to the candidates at all stages.
