You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager. He or she will take responsibility for each candidate's application, interview preparation and feedback. This means you have continuity of service over the long term, and build a relationship based on trust and honesty.
Before you even see a candidate, we carefully screen them to make sure they're what you're looking for; we always conduct face-to-face interviews and never submit candidates we haven't seen. We also brief our candidates to research your company thoroughly before they see you so that they are familiar with what will be expected of them.
After the interview, we provide immediate
feedback, both to you and also the
candidate. This helps both parties to know
exactly what their position is at all times.
Your Account Manager's
