Both the commercial and specialist divisions of iRecruit Partners deals with a range of both temporary and permanent contracts, and our consultants will help you figure out what your ideal job role would be and what would suit your skill set, so you’re not interviewing for jobs you don’t want or ending up in a role you’re not suited for.

Interview Preparation

A lot of our clients have told us that they find interviews to be the most difficult and intimidating part of the recruitment process, so we take steps to make sure each candidate is fully prepared for theirs. We run mock telephone and face to face interviews as many times as you need to ease your nerves, train you in how to answer difficult questions, give advice on interview attire and we can even help you with working out what you want to say (and what you shouldn’t!). We will be with you every step of the way, so you can walk into your next interview feeling confident, relaxed and prepared.

Honest Feedback

Another big frustration for jobseekers with other agencies is the complete lack of feedback from the employer or the agency. We know that ‘you didn’t get this one’ is not very helpful for you, so we make sure we give you honest feedback at all times. We liaise with the potential employers after interviews to collect their feedback and pass it straight to you, without glossing over anything potentially uncomfortable. At iRecruit Partners we promise not only to give honest advice and immediate feedback from mock and real life interviews, but also to help you understand that feedback and work with you to achieve your goals.

CV Workshops

While it might seem like a simple thing to just write the things you’ve done in your life on some paper, the reality of CV writing is much more complex. At iRecruit Partners we have CV writing down to a fine art and can help you hone your CV and tailor it to the role you want. Your CV should be a reflection not only of your skills and experience but also of the job you’re trying to get, so understanding how to construct and edit one is crucial. We will help you every step of the way and even do the final checks, so there will be none of those spelling mistakes you only notice after you’ve sent your CV out!

Flexible Meetings

We appreciate that a jobseekers’ schedule can be hectic, so we offer flexible meetings at times that suit you. If you need to run through some last minute interview questions before the big day, we’ll be there. If you have preferences for times or locations, just let us know and we will make sure we can be available for you.

Placement Checks

Once you have landed your dream job we won’t just forget about you. When you start your new role we will be checking in on you at regular intervals to make sure you have settled in and are still enjoying the role. Even if your contract is only for a short time, we pride ourselves on providing continued support to each and every candidate we place. We will also gather feedback from your employer at these visits and offer advice, support and praise when it’s needed.
