iRecruit Partners is an independent recruitment consultancy, so we can do things a little differently from your average high street agency. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to recruitment. Instead we believe in matching the right people to the right roles, and to do that you need to get to know the people on both sides of the coin. Founders Nicky and Sue have over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry at all levels and put all of that passion and knowledge to good use every day.

 

Our Pledge To Candidates

We pride ourselves on offering a personal and bespoke service that is truly tailored to the candidate’s individual needs and preferences. We will happily work with candidates to fine tune their CV’s, help them decide what sort of job would best suit them. We even do practice telephone and face to face interviews to ensure they are completely relaxed, confident and prepared. We don’t just leave our candidates to it once we have placed them either, we check in at the 1 day, 1 week and 1 month marks to ensure everything is going ok and both employer and employee are happy.

Our Dedication To Employers

For employers we take a more holistic and involved approach. We will get to know the hiring managers and the business in order to discover everything we can about them, their culture and what they need from new recruits. After decades of working with businesses from small start-ups to multi-national blue chip corporations, we understand that matching the culture of the business to candidates with similar values is an essential part of the process. From there we can create a targeted recruitment strategy and advertising campaign to find the ideal candidate.

This is how it went for quite some time, but 6 years on and iRecruit has been doing a lot of growing and evolving. With the demand for more specialised recruitment solutions increasing, we made a strategic decision to expand in order to offer a truly bespoke service to jobseekers and employers alike. iRecruit Partners now has 2 distinct divisions, one focusing on commercial job placements while the other deals with our highly specialised roles and opportunities. Each division is headed by a specialist in the industry and supported by a dedicated team of consultants who have spent many years in recruitment, so you know you will always be talking to someone who understand what you need and how you help you get it.
